Very instructive and informative. Provides an easy outlook on how to lose weight without going too in-depth and scientific.
It was easy to read, with no filter, and shed a new light on old weight loss practices.
Definitely worth the read if you're interested in losing weight of a personal trainer.

Washboard, here I come

Ok, so who does not want to get a “cut” bod? If anyone has ever seen Chestnut in film or a movie, that guy is most definitely cut. The questions is, can this book get you closer to that? What is great about Chestnut’s story is that he was actually pretty rough shape prior to filming one of his major films, and managed to go from 220 pounds to 187 in 12 weeks, which is pretty amazing. This book is Chestnut’s and Obadike’s explanation of that process.

The book goes into cutting edge nutrition science, and details Obadike’s fat-burning exercise program. It also has Chestnut’s personal exercise and diet plan, which includes recipes and success stories from everyday folks who have lost weight on the program. It claims that, if you follow it, you could lose up to 10 pounds in 10 days, and 40 in 12 weeks.

Can it deliver, time, and discipline, will tell. That said, the book reads well, has a friendly tone sprinkled with some funny stories, is easy to follow, and inspirational enough to give it a shot. Or, you just keep looking at Morris’ abs and go “damn!”
